Fine Motor Groups
The fine motor group focuses on developmental progression of fine motor skills. Activities incorporate a variety of sensory, motor and visual-motor activities within a very small group setting. Each group is very small, allowing for individualized instruction from Rachel Germanovich, OTR. Two 4 week groups will be offered this summer, one starting June and the other in July.
The handwriting group integrates fine motor and visual motor activities to assist with development of age appropriate handwriting skills. Groups are offered for kindergarten through 2nd grade and 3rd through 5th grade. Each group is very small, allowing for individualized instruction from Rachel Germanovich, OTR. The groups will meet for 8 weeks starting in June.
Social Interaction/ Perspective Taking
Social Interaction groups will be offered for children in kindergarten, early elementary and middle school ages. The groups will focus on developing skills for perspective taking and conversational skills.
The kindergarten and early elementary age group uses We Thinkers from Social Thinking © developed by Michelle Garcia Winner the creator of the Social Thinking Methodology.
